Securely package your items in their original packaging, ensuring all Ted Baker tags and labels remain attached.
Label and Post
Generate and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
